I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults ages 3-18 years old, as well as with young adults, parents, and adults of all ages and stages. I offer specialized support in the areas of anxiety, depression, oppositional behaviors, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, traumatic experiences, academic stressors, college and/or career choices, and parenting. I support clients with the use of Person Centered Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Expressive Arts interventions.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), a Licensed School Counselor (LSC), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and the owner/therapist at Constellation Counseling of the Carolinas. I am also actively working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I completed my bachelor’s degree at Appalachian State University and my master’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
