Is EDGE therapy?

No. EDGE is a performance program, not therapy. You don't need a diagnosis, a referral, or a condition to participate. It's built for high-functioning people who want objective data about how their brain is operating. If you're looking for clinical treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, or ADHD, we'll route you toward NeuroNook or The Loft's clinical team.

How is this different from executive coaching?

An executive coach works with what you tell them. EDGE starts with data your brain produces. Before we talk about habits, routines, or strategy, we have an objective picture of how your brain is actually performing under load. You can pair EDGE with a coach. A lot of our clients do. The two don't compete — they compound.

Who is EDGE actually for?

The person whose job quality is directly tied to how well their brain performs. Founders, executives, and high performers in demanding leadership roles. The through-line: you already know you could be thinking more clearly, you can feel the wall, and you're tired of 'just push harder' being the answer.

Is EDGE covered by insurance?

No, and that's by design. EDGE is a performance investment, not a clinical treatment. Most clients pay from personal funds or business development budgets. Some have successfully used HSA/FSA funds for the qEEG component specifically, though coverage varies.

What's the time commitment?

The Blueprint is a 30-day diagnostic: one intake, one brain mapping session, one 60-minute data review, and the Blueprint document. The Operating System extends to 90 days with structured check-ins. The Community is ongoing monthly support. You choose the depth.

What if the brain map doesn't show anything interesting?

It will. Every brain map shows patterns — that's what data does. The question is whether those patterns explain the things you've been struggling with, and in our experience, they almost always do. If your map is unremarkable, that's itself an answer worth having. You walk away knowing your hardware is fine and the problem is elsewhere — which is often the clearest thing a person has been told in years.
