You used to be able to lock in. Lately it takes longer to get there.
Maybe it’s a student trying to hold focus through finals. An athlete chasing more consistency in the moments that matter. A performer or creative looking for the flow state that used to come easier. Or an adult who wants a real edge — without signing up for an executive performance program. NeuroNook maps your brain first, then trains it toward sharper focus and better recovery.

Not a diagnosis. Not an executive program. Just an edge.
The student prepping for finals, the SAT, or a big application deadline, who needs to hold focus for longer than feels natural.
The athlete who has the physical training down and wants the mental game — the consistency, the composure under pressure — to catch up.
The performer or creative chasing flow state, the feeling of being fully locked into the work, without forcing it.
The adult who wants a real edge — sharper focus, steadier energy, better recovery — without an executive program's commitment or price tag.
From baseline to sharper focus.
Brain map ($450)
Non-invasive, ~10-minute recording plus a thorough, individualized report and review session. You walk away with a clear picture of where your focus, recovery, and stress patterns actually stand.
Personalized plan
We build a training protocol based on your map, not a template. We tell you how many sessions we think it will take and what progress will look like.
Neurofeedback training ($130/session, or $120 with a bundle of 10)
1–2 sessions per week, 25–30 minutes each, in the NeuroNook studio. Sit back, watch a show from a curated watchlist, and let your brain do the work. Prefer your own schedule? At-home neurofeedback is also available with the same clinical oversight.
Objective progress tracking
We remap the brain at intervals so you can see the patterns shifting — not just feel sharper without knowing why.

We read brain patterns, not diagnoses.
This isn’t treatment for a clinical condition — it’s training for a brain that’s already functioning well and wants to work better under pressure. We don’t diagnose anything at NeuroNook. We read brain patterns and build a plan around what your map actually shows.
