What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how The Loft collects, uses, and protects information submitted through https://www.counselingloft.com. It applies to this website only. If you are a current or prospective client, the health information you share in the course of care is governed separately by the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices provided directly to clients, not by this page.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions (name, email, phone, and any message details you provide).
- Newsletter sign-ups, processed through our email provider, MailerLite.
- Basic site usage data collected through Google Analytics (pages visited, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, send newsletter content to subscribers who opt in, and understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Third-party services
This site uses Google Analytics and MailerLite. Each has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes on our behalf. We only share the information necessary for these services to function.
